◆ System composition
  • The system is mainly composed of fire extinguishing agent bottle group, container valve, check valve, connection pipe, collecting pipe, safety valve, selection valve, signal feedback device, leakage limit alarm, electromagnetic drive device (including manual activation button), pneumatic manual starter, driving gas bottle group, one-way valve, low leakage high sealing valve, pneumatic control pipe, gas control pipe fittings, nozzle, high pressure pipe, pipe fittings, bottle rack and other equipment and parts.
◆ Working principle
  • Total flooding system
    Within a specified period of time, a certain concentration of carbon dioxide is sprayed into the protected area, and it evenly fills the entire protected area. The object of protection is a closed or substantially closed space.
  • Local application system
    A fire extinguishing system that directly injects carbon dioxide to a protected object at a designed injection rate for a certain period of time. Applicable to protected objects with limited enclosed space or unenclosed conditions.
  • Unit independent system
    The unit-independent system is a fire extinguishing system that protects only one protection zone. It is a single united distribution system. Apart from the use of a selector valve, the unit-independent system is common to all other components with the combined distribution system.

  • Combined distribution system
    The combined distribution system consists of a set of fire extinguishing agent storage devices, selection of valves and one-way valves, which implements fire protection systems that protect multiple protection zones. The advantage is that the total design amount of fire extinguishing agent is set according to the maximum one of the several protection areas. The usage of other protection areas is allocated through system control, thereby reducing the amount of fire extinguishing agent and equipment to save project investment.
